the hotel met the needs, i would consider staying here again. king room had a heating system, television with satellite channels and a writing table, everything worked for me.

The staff were professional and the setting was superb. We were able to visit big ben that was near to the hotel. Dragon inn club, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the property. Location met what was needed.
